Be Involved and vote!
Voting is now open in our inaugural elections to the Chartered College of Teaching Council.

Over 100 Members and Fellows have put themselves forward to stand in the election. Now it’s your turn to have your say and use your vote to elect an effective Council that can represent the teaching profession.

Emails from our elections provider – UK Engage – are going out to all Members, NQTs and Fellow eligible to vote on our election website. Join the Chartered College so you can have your say.

Our Council will be be split 10 Members and 8 Fellows. Over 99% of all of those eligible to stand in our elections are in teaching, with a majority of candidates based in schools.

The Chartered College’s Council is responsible for the governance of the organisation. The elected individuals will play an important role in the Chartered College’s work to help shape the future of the teaching profession, including guarding the vision, setting the strategy and long-term direction of the Chartered College.

Voting will close at 17:00 Friday 28 September 2018.

As the first elected Council since being awarded the Royal Charter,we encourage all Members and Fellows to vote.
